If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, which includes your original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, in the unlikely event your item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best return solution.

In some cases, we may be able to resolve the issue without requiring you to ship the item back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • Customers are solely responsible for wrong, undeliverable, or incomplete shipping addresses or email addresses, correspondingly no refunds will be issued for misdelivered orders.
  • Customers are solely responsible for selecting the product they want, verifying the product quantity is correct, and recognizing there will be a shipping charge before submitting an order. As noted above, customers must pay for return shipping to get a refund.
  • Customers have 30 days to report missing packages/products to get a replacement or refund.
  • If a package is returned by the shipping carrier as undeliverable, we will not reship it to the same address.
